CCS has been established as a national vendor for
fifteen years and has the resources to properly
handle all mobile electronic claims on any scale.
Our current infrastructure is capable of expansion
in many areas and our technological capabilities
are modern and efficient. CCS mirrors the
insurance industry. Approximately 25% of our
staff is bilingual. We also have the AT&T language
line, which provides the necessary tools to
communicate in any language. CCS has purchasing
agreements giving us access to over 300 stereo
equipment manufacturers and virtually every piece
of equipment currently available, including factory
equipment. Our national network of over 5000
stereo installation centers, coupled with our
national agreements with Circuit City and Best Buy, allows us to
